Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 cup spinach
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1- 1 1/2 cup coconut water
(toppings optional but encouraged: hemp seeds, coconut flakes, blackberry (or any type of berry) & honey drizzled)
Steps:
- Add all ingredients to your blender (I personally use this NutriBullet Blender), starting with the frozen fruits first then veggies, followed by almond butter, protein and coconut water. Blend until you have the right consistency you like by adding more or less coconut water.
